Send a MoneyGram transaction through QuickPay ATM machines with the following steps.
To get started, visit any QuickPay branch to register with your valid residence ID (Iqama) copy. Next, complete the registrations form, adding the new beneficiary details, and select MoneyGram as the service you wish to use during filling the form.
1. Depositing money into your account
On the main screen:
Select the Deposit button
The cash receptacle will open for you to insert the cash you wish to deposit
2. Deposit confirmation screen
The amount you deposited will appear on the next screen.
Select the Accept button to complete your deposit transaction
3. Begin your MoneyGram money transfer
From the ATM main screen select the QuickPay button.
4. Enter the amount you wish to transfer
To enter the amount you wish transfer;
Using the key pad, enter the transfer amount
Select between the following options
"Amount includes fee"
"Amount excludes fee"
"Amount in beneficiary currency"
5. Selecting a Beneficiary
When this screen appears, use the buttons to select the correct beneficiary.
6. Confirm your transaction details
A summary of your transaction will appear, reflecting the information you entered. Review the details and select Accept if correct.
7. Transfer reference number
On the final screen the Transaction Reference Number will be displayed and you will receive a receipt with transaction details and reference number
Record thie reference number to share with your beneficiary
You may select the Yes button to send another transaction, or end the process by selecting "No".
